Returns & Refunds Policy
All products are made fresh to order in small batches. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, preference, or incorrect expectations.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
We carefully inspect and pack every order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To review your claim, we require:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
- A description of the issue
If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and are only issued in exceptional cases where a replacement cannot be provided.
Delivery Confirmation
All orders are considered fulfilled once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If you believe your package is missing, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders enter production quickly and cannot be cancelled or modified once processing has begun.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may be contested with proof of delivery, communication records, and policy acceptance.
